WHY TAKE A SELF ASSESSMENT?

Self-reflection is a cornerstone of well-being. Taking a self-assessment is like going for a life check-up. It gives the person a closer look at their whole life, often revealing things they already know about but haven’t given much attention to. 

The eighty self-assessment statements, ten for each of the eight areas of well-being, help people better understand their situation and help them identify what areas of wellness could benefit from more of their attention.
