Our coaching program workbooks are used to run both Adult and Parent Wellness Circles, small groups where people gather to be intentional about making healthier choices for themselves and their families. These groups lead by trained leaders will strengthen the connections already present, and foster an increased sense of community. Both Adult and Parent Wellness Circle Facilitator guides are available. We have also created other resources that can be used by non-profits and faith communities.

The Teen Compass is designed for use in schools and other non-profits. The curriculum provides a time and place for teens to assess their wellness in eight, interconnected areas. It helps them learn about what they can do in each area to create more health and wellness in their lives, decide what changes they would like to make, answer reflective questions, and have a place to examine their own choices. When used in a group setting, opportunities become available for teens to discuss challenges in being well in each area, and to brainstorm ways to overcome those obstacles. Stresses are normalized and community is created.

Our book, Parent Wellness Compass, invites parents to gather with the intent of sharing the joys and challenges of parenting and to discuss what wellness and greater wholeness can look like in their lives and their families in eight separate areas of wellness.
