The Teen Compass curriculum is designed for use in schools and other non-profits. It provides a private place for teens to assess their wellness in eight, interconnected areas. Then it helps them learn about what they can do in each area to create more health and wellness in their lives, decide what changes they would like to make, answer reflective questions, and have a place to examine their own choices When used in a group setting, opportunities become available for teens to discuss challenges in being well in each area, and to brainstorm ways to overcome those obstacles. Stresses are normalized and community is created.

Our book, Parent Wellness Compass, invites parents to gather with the intent of sharing the joys and challenges of parenting,  discussing what wellness and greater wholeness can look like in their lives and their families. The book has thirty two reflections, four on each of the eight areas of wellness, each of which are meant for group discussion.

Our coaching program workbooks are used in both Adult and Parent Wellness Circles. These small groups, run by trained facilitators, are places where people gather to be intentional about making healthier choices for themselves and their families. These groups will strengthen the connections already present within a community or group, and foster an increased sense of support for participants.  Facilitator guides for both types of wellness circles are available, as well as are a wide variety of other wellness resources.
