We know that adults of all ages face stresses and hard spots in their lives. With that in mind, Adult Wellness Circles have been created to give them a safe place to talk honestly about their lives in a safe place, see that all areas of their lives are interconnected, and to empower them to make healthier choices for themselves.
Adult Wellness Circle Program Workbook:
The Adult Wellness Circle Program, is a six-session coaching program in which people determine, plan, and implement the changes they want to make for their own wellbeing. Participants gather with a trained facilitator to discuss wisdom about the process of change, and support each other as they work on weekly NEXT Steps. The Adult Wellness Compass Inventory, a signature part of this coaching program, is completed in the first session and serves as a guide to help participants set their NEXT Steps. In an Adult Wellness Circle the same group of adults, usually 6-8, meet for six weeks, doing their best to attend at least four of the six sessions.
This resource can be used with groups as diverse as college students, young professionals, recovery groups, those recently divorced, empty nesters, retirees, those grieving and for those returning from war.
Adult Wellness Circle Program Workbook Facilitator Guide:
Leading a small group of adults of any kind on a journey of self exploration and discovery is a privilege. Many adults report that although they see and talk with others often many of their conversations are surface conversations. They say they yearn for gatherings with others that are real, compassionate, and supportive. This resource is meant to help provide just such places for them. Adult Wellness Circles are for any group of adults who could enjoy being a part of a small group of their peers, and would like some extra support in making some changes in their lives.
Here you will find NEXT Step forms that you can print off for your self or for group members. You may want to print off these pages if you prefer not to write in the Adult Wellness Compass book, or if you want a blank place for further notes.
